The Experiences That Shaped My Work
With a background in research, consulting, program management, and entrepreneurship, I bring a multidimensional lens to every conversation. I help leaders see their challenges from new angles and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I have supported hundreds of leaders across Fortune 500 companies, the U.S. military, small and medium-sized businesses, and nonprofit organizations. My work helps them communicate more effectively, navigate complexity, and often surpass what they believed was possible.
I hold a master’s degree in Leadership in Ecology, Culture, and Learning, which deepens my understanding of how adults learn and grow. My BS in Speech Communications strengthens my ability to help leaders communicate with clarity, empathy, and impact.
I am naturally optimistic and deeply curious. I ask questions that help clients uncover the mindsets and behaviors that serve them and the ones that hold them back. I believe leaders have the best answers for their own situations. My role is to help them think comprehensively so they can act with peace of mind.
At my core, I am a strategic thought partner for leaders navigating complexity, growth, and change.
When I am not working, you will find me camping, biking, baking, doing improv, singing, reading, or sharing meaningful conversations with family and friends. I am most grateful for time in nature, laughter, and the privilege of walking alongside leaders as they grow.
